Engineer change that safeguards the nation — and your future.
As an Assistant Change Control Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. It involves helping manage and govern change across the Submarine Disposal and Dismantling Programme within our Naval Nuclear business. Your work will keep complex projects on track—safeguarding scope, schedule and cost—while contributing to programmes of national importance in defence, aerospace and engineering.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll own the day‑to‑day management of change control trackers and registers (e.g. the change register).
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2‑3 days in the office/onsite and 2‑3 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by your place of birth, nationality, current or former citizenship, and any residency you hold or have held.
