A major financial institution in London is seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to contribute to the stewardship of a leading rural property portfolio. The ideal candidate will support asset management initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, and work on environmental initiatives. The Church Commissioners for England is a statutory corporation that is a major financial institution managing over £11.1 billion assets for the Church of England and an administrative body with regulatory and quasi-judicial duties.
Within this, the Farmland Team oversee their investment portfolio, managing approximately 80,000 acres of let agricultural land, commercial and residential property, spread across England and worth in the region of £600 million. The team are supported by external managing agents.
