**salary depending on skills and experience**Reporting to the System Performance Manager, the Asset Performance Lead plays a pivotal role at the heart of Anglian Water’s system optimisation and data-driven transformation. This is an opportunity to shape how we understand, manage and optimise system A key part of the role is serving as Data Steward for pressure data across Anglian Water. You’ll help define how this critical data is governed, maintained and evolved, working closely with data owners and fellow data stewards to develop new processes and unlock value from emerging datasets. You’ll also create and deliver clear roadmaps aligned to agreed OKRs and the Water Business Unit’s vision—accelerating our ambition to be truly data-led.Beyond the technical impact, this is a leadership role. You’ll line manage team members while acting as a coach and mentor across the wider business—developing capability today and preparing our people for the future challenges of the water sector. Your leadership will help teams thrive, innovate and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and communities.As Asset Performance Lead, you will design, deliver and scale sustainable system performance solutions that turn data into actionable insight. You’ll lead the development of system metrics, reporting and performance products—ensuring they are high quality, valuable to stakeholders and aligned to wider business objectives.Alongside your technical and strategic responsibilities, you’ll provide strong people leadership—line managing team members, supporting delivery partners, sharing knowledge and stepping in to support the System Performance Manager when required.
