Be technically precise: Deliver clean and structured files for use across animation and product builds.
Be visually consistent:Follow brand and art direction, maintain strong control of visual consistency across characters, scenes, and asset types.
Be organised:Keep files and folders tidy, named correctly, and ready for cross-functional use.
Be communicative: Provide updates on progress and flag any asset-related blockers early.
Be adaptable:Work efficiently across different types of requests, from one-off assets to full asset packs.
We're interested in people that have:
2–4 years of experience in 2D illustration or asset production for animation, games, or digital products.
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools. After Effects experience is a plus.
A solid portfolio showing 2D illustrations and/or asset packs suitable for animation or interactivity.
Understanding of animation needs (e.g., layer separation, riggable structures, reusable components).
Familiarity with file organisation and export practices for production pipelines.
Bonus: Interest or exposure to educational content, motion graphics, or mobile app development.
