Qualifications

• Proven track record in dealing with Collections and Recoveries accounts in a Banking environment.
• Knowledge of Asset Finance and/or Residential Mortgage Collections.
• Understanding of Consumer Duty, MCOB, and CONC.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in arrears, assessing customer circumstances and offering solutions.
• Liaise with external solicitors regarding enforcement actions.
