Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with payment difficulties over the phone.
  • Contact customers in arrears to create payment plans.
  • Ensure adherence to Treating Customer Fairly principles.
  • Develop processes for decision-making within mandate.
  • Chase loans approaching term end for exit planning.
  • Review invoices from third parties for accuracy.
  • Handle all collections and litigation loans via email and post.
  • Manage complex litigation cases outside standard processes.
  • Issue redemption figures as per process.
