Qualifications

• Experience of supervising a team including training and mentoring.
• Understanding of relevant health and safety and employment legislation.
• Experience of teaching a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Manage both the School Swimming and 'Learn to Swim' programmes.
• Coordinate staff training and induction sessions.
• Assist in the communication, sales, and marketing of the Swim School programme.

ASA / Swim England Full Teachers Certification Level 2
