An educational organization in Manchester is looking for a dedicated Funding Executive to manage compliance with funding processes for apprenticeships. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring all learner data is accurately maintained. Here at BPP Education Group we have a dedicated Apprenticeship Operations Funding Team who are responsible for managing the end-to-end funding process for all apprentices at BPP Group.
Due to continued growth and success of our Apprenticeship Operations Department, an opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail orientated individual to join our team as a Funding Executive. You will be responsible for ensuring learners have completed all necessary compliance paperwork and with keeping the various funding data systems up to date and accurate.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you’ll be entrusted to manage your own time and workload independently whilst also being a key member of a close-knit and supportive team.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the ESFA funding rules for enrolling a learner onto an Apprenticeship are adhered to throughout the funding process. This will involve cross checking paperwork, entering data accurately into the funding systems and responding to any reporting requests.
