Qualifications

  • Must have or be working towards National 4 or above in Maths, English and one other subject.
  • Strong communication and numerical skills.
  • Interest in developing digital knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review workloads and check for accurate information.
  • Liaise with workshop to ensure required parts are available.
  • Control stock receipts and issues.
  • Manage customer service interactions.
  • Identify and source required parts.
  • Communicate vehicle progress to customers.
