Job summary

A charitable trust focused on wellbeing is looking for a Researcher (Care, Wellbeing & Social Science) to play a pivotal role in enhancing services for older adults. This position involves designing and delivering mixed-methods research, evaluating the impact of care models, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied research, communication skills, and a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for older individuals. A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum is offered along with other benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and implement research projects aligning with strategic goals.
  • Employ qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods to assess quality of life factors.
  • Ensure research methodologies adhere to ethical standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams, staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and co-design sessions.
  • Respond to internal requests supporting evidence generation and analysis.
