Job description
Apartment Services Coordinator

Pay range: £34,000 p.a.

Full‑time with flexibility in hours/days.

Eden Court is a deluxe retirement village located in Battersea SW11, boasting 28 luxury independent apartments and a 71‑bedded nursing, residential and dementia care home. As the Apartment Services Coordinator, you will work alongside and support the owners of the apartments to ensure they live a fulfilling life.

Your work hours are generally 9 am‑5 pm with additional flexibility for evening and weekend events as necessary. You will oversee the owner move‑in process and provide ongoing support and well‑being checks.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and prepare in detail a programme of events for apartment owners, ensuring all aspects meet their needs.
  • Minutes, prepare and distribute documents from meetings involving owners.
  • Consider the varied needs of owners when planning events.
  • Negotiate with other Eden Court team members (maintenance, hospitality, catering) where appropriate.
  • Develop and conduct owner and family orientation to Eden Court.
  • Work 5 days out of 7, including some weekends and evenings with ad‑hoc flexibility.
  • Conduct well‑being checks with every owner at least monthly.
  • Oversee and assist with events as appropriate and in agreement with the Village Manager.
  • Offer service at the restaurant/bar and manage events.
  • Support owners with the purchase of essential supplies in emergency situations.
  • In absence of a hostess, serve lunches in the restaurant/bar.
