A Multi Academy Trust is seeking an AP Practitioner to support students in alternative provisions. We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

Both Greenhill Alternative Learning Campus in Halesowen and Invictus Revive Learning Centre at Leasowes High School aim to support young people in KS3 and 4 who have been unable to achieve in a mainstream setting.
We are seeking an AP Practitioner who will work with all stakeholders to ensure students’ journey in our settings results in good outcomes, improved conduct, while preparing them for reintegration into mainstream schools. You will be supported by a team of dedicated support staff and leaders in a joint approach to secure the best outcomes for young people.

Working under the guidance of the AP Learning Manager the successful candidate will provide both academic and pastoral support to students in alternative provision to overcome barriers to learning in order to achieve excellent outcomes. A feature of this role will be supporting behaviour systems and reintegration of young people back into mainstream settings.
