Role Overview

We are urgently looking for an experienced Amazon Vendor Central (VC) Specialist to support and stabilise our Amazon operations. This role is essential to ensuring smooth order flow, compliance, and account health during a period of rapid expansion.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of day-to-day VC processes, resolve issues proactively, and help optimise our Amazon channel. The right person thrives in a fast-moving environment, is highly organised, and can step in immediately with minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of Amazon Vendor Central workflows
  • Troubleshoot chargebacks, shortages, cancellations, and shipment issues
  • Manage PO intake, confirmations, and delivery tracking
  • Maintain compliance with Amazon requirements and performance metrics
  • Escalate and resolve problems quickly (crisis-management mindset)
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and Amazon support
About You

Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven Amazon Vendor Central experience (please provide specific examples)
