A global healthcare company in Greater London is seeking a researcher specialized in AI and machine learning to enhance drug discovery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ML research, particularly involving large language models. Responsibilities include developing and publishing AI methods to address real-world biomedical challenges, while collaborating with various teams on ethical practices. A PhD-equivalent degree in a relevant field is required alongside programming expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks.

We are looking for a researcher with a track record in successfully developing and publishing state‑of‑the‑art AI/ML methods, preferably with a focus on large language models (LLMs), LLM‑based agents, and their evaluation. In addition to outstanding ML engineering and research skills, ideal candidates will demonstrate a keen interest in ethical and safety aspects of using AI in drug discovery and the clinic.
