About The Team

AI Enablement and Governance is a highly visible, cross‑functional team responsible for establishing and enforcing AI governance frameworks, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to enable responsible, value‑driven use of AI across Fitch. The team is refining processes using automation to efficiently guide stakeholders through risk‑based AI governance workflows.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the end‑to‑end AI governance process for both internally developed and third‑party AI solutions from experimentation through to production deployment. Implement automation and risk‑based frameworks to enable adoption of AI rapidly and responsibly.
• Develop and maintain standardized, transparent governance frameworks and best practices, ensuring AI adoption is ethical, well‑controlled, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Technology, and business stakeholders to guide the responsible democratization and risk management of AI, particularly on agent‑centric platforms.
• Educate and advise stakeholders on governance best practices, ethical use, and risk mitigation, promoting process transparency and incorporating industry best practices and stakeholder feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Support the successful delivery and change management of key Emerging Technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.

You May Be a Good Fit If

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, business administration, economics, law, or a related field.
• 7 years of risk management experience (enterprise, technology, or model risk), with at least 3 years directly focused on AI governance or oversight of AI/ML systems.
• Proven track record of managing governance or risk processes.
• Understanding of AI governance, risk management, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance.
