AI Enablement and Governance is a highly visible, cross‑functional team responsible for establishing and enforcing AI governance frameworks, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to enable responsible, value‑driven use of AI across Fitch. The team is refining processes using automation to efficiently guide stakeholders through risk‑based AI governance workflows.
