What will I be doing?

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI and ML models using GenAI, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop robust backend systems in Python, optimised for cloud‑native environments and production use.
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, containerisation, monitoring, and model retraining.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into AI‑powered solutions.
• Build and maintain reusable components and data pipelines to support model training and inference.
• Ensure all AI systems are secure, ethical, and aligned with responsible AI governance standards.

What do I need?

• Strong hands‑on experience within AI/ML engineering, with a strong track record of building and deploying real‑world GenAI applications.
• Proficient in Python and experienced in developing scalable, cloud‑native backend systems.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including model training, fine‑tuning, and evaluation.
• Experience with MLOps practices such as CI/CD, containerisation, monitoring, and model retraining.
• Skilled in working with large, complex datasets and building robust data pipelines for AI workloads.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and influence stakeholders.
