Overview

Agile Delivery Specialist

Location: Bristol

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Are you a persuasive and engaging communicator who can lead a team and work with business stakeholders on a journey of continuous improvement and delivery?

We are recruiting for an Agile Delivery Specialist to join our Markets Data Delivery Team focusing on data delivery for our Investment, Wealth & Retirement (IWR) business. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced as a Scrum Master with deep experience in Agile frameworks, particularly Scaled Agile, with a strong track record of coaching teams and leading delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Agile teams, including in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams and individuals.
• Plan Sprints, manage the Backlog, and enable Incremental Delivery.
• Engage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly.
• Support the team and Product Owners through the full IT change lifecycle—from requirements to production implementation.
• Remove blockers and drive improvement in sprint metrics to keep delivery on track.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams, including in SAFe environments.
• Expertise in coaching and mentoring Agile teams and individuals.
• Strong practice in Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, and Incremental Delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Some project management experience, including resourcing profiles and budget management (up to £2m).
