Job summary

A leading global consulting firm is looking for an Agile Coach to optimize agile practices within feature teams. This role involves collaboration with Scrum Masters and Product Owners, supporting key events, and enhancing agility across teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a SAFe environment and demonstrate strong facilitation skills in agile ceremonies. This position is based in Cheshire with a hybrid work model, requiring some on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a SAFe environment is highly desirable.
• Proven experience coaching agile teams at the feature team level.
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to optimize agile workflows.
• Support Program Increment Planning and ART-level ceremonies.
• Provide coaching and support at ‘Level 2’ to ARTs.
