Your role

Here at Vertu BMW York we have a great opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join the team, with a competitive basic salary of £55,000 to £70,000 per year.

As our Aftersales Manager, you’ll oversee a talented team of Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, ensuring they deliver the highest standards of customer care and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing costs in line with business plans whilst maintaining quality and service standards
• Ensuring accurate customer data collection and compliance with Group and Manufacturer standards
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Monitoring performance and coaching colleagues to achieve success
• Driving processes that maximise customer satisfaction above manufacturer benchmarks
