Job summary

A community support organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise and support the volunteer Advice team. This role requires strong team management and communication skills. You will coordinate advice sessions while ensuring quality targets are achieved. Salary 16,200 - 18,000 (3 days), 21,600 - 24,000 (4 days)

Salary pro rata:Yes

Hours per week:22.5 hoursor 30 hours, 3or 4days per week

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven ability of managing and supervising a team.Citizens Advice experience is preferred.

The role’s main purpose is to provide supervision and support to our volunteer Advice team by coordinating advice sessions and ensuring we meet our quality targets.

We are looking for someone with a compassionate and patient attitude, who isa strong teamplayer, has an eye for detail and great people skills. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use a range of IT systems. You will thrive in a busy environment, have a positive outlook and an understanding and commitment to the aims and principles of Citizens Advice.
