About the Role:
  • Full‑time fixed‑term contract between March 2026 to September 2026
  • 40 hours per week (annualised)

Qualifications & Prerequisites — Essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • 16‑hour First Aid
  • Delivering water and land activities to individuals and groups of different ages and abilities
  • Portfolio of NGB awards in two or more of the following:
    • RCI
    • Paddlesport Touring Leader or Sea Kayak Leader
    • ASI Level 1 or equivalent surf qualification
    • paddleboarding qualification (ideally BC Coastal SUP Leader or Tidal SUP Leader)
    • NCC Coasteering Guide Award
Qualifications & Prerequisites — Desirable
  • Hirer‑level NGBs
  • D1 (Minibus) and E (Trailer) classifications
  • Beach Lifeguard
  • Mountain Leader (summer)
  • Level 1 Safeguarding Qualification
