This **full-time, term-time-only** post offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive, forward-thinking team dedicated to helping every learner succeed.As a key member of the **SEND** Team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality ALS/SEND **support** for **adults** and some **apprentices**, with **adult provision** at the heart of your work. You’ll co-ordinate, triage, and deliver tailored **interventions** that help learners with a range of needs succeed in mainstream courses, while also managing **Access to Work** referrals and providing hands-on Job Coach support that builds confidence, skills, and strong **employer** **partnerships**. From maintaining accurate records and supporting Cognassist assessments to guiding **apprenticeship learners**, contributing to staff training, and taking part in EHCP reviews, you’ll be central to ensuring learners feel prepared, **supported**, and ambitious about their next steps.
