Hybrid Working (Ashford)

Salary: £39,500 – £41,500 + up to 10% annual bonus

The Role – What You’ll Do

As a Adult Health & Disability Clinician, you will use your clinical expertise to evaluate how a person’s health condition affects their daily living. This involves a balanced mix of telephone, video, and face‑to‑face assessments, with approximately 70% of work completed from home.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct structured, adult‑only functional assessments

  • Review clinical evidence and produce clear, evidence‑based reports

  • Work independently with full clinical support available whenever needed

  • Gain full diary control and increased flexibility after six months


This is a non‑treatment role. Instead, it offers a calm, organised working environment where your clinical judgement and assessment skills make a genuine difference—without the intensity of shift work or acute care pressures.
