The role involves supporting Vehicle Sales Compliance Managers by processing orders, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Administrator - Head Office Compliance Team
Salary: £24,500 per annum
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Are you a dynamic Administrator with a high attention to detail? Working from our Head Office based in Stoke-on-Trent, you will support the Vehicle Sales Compliance Managers, with your knowledge and capability of providing exceptional service in a fast paced environment that will drive your success at Holdcroft.
You will be responsible for creating and processing order forms, invoicing and reporting, that will ensure all Vehicle Sales Compliance Managers work is completed to a high standard and adhere to all regulatory requirements inline with our insurance products. Liaising with colleagues and customers to ensure completion of relevant documentation relating to sales and maintaining consistency.
