Administrator (Asset Management)

Salary: £29,770 per annum plus eligibility to earn up to 5% performance‑related bonus

Contract: Fixed‑term until June 2026

Location: Hale Village, London, N17

Organisation: Newlon Housing Trust – a charitable housing association providing new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Asset Management team and support an effective repairs service for all Newlon residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sending out letters and updating case records
  • Monitoring work emails and following up on communications
  • Making after‑care calls and conducting satisfaction surveys
  • Data entry, uploading certificates, and assisting in internal meetings
  • Handling customer enquiries related to repairs and maintenance

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • Proven experience in a customer‑led service environment, including managing appointment bookings and handling customer complaints
  • First‑class customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customers
  • Strong IT and database skills, and an understanding of repair issues related to property maintenance
