We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Administration team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B Prison located in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

HMP Bullingdon is a busy prison with a capacity for around 1100 males which focuses on resettlement. We are recruiting for an Administrator to support the Healthcare Administration team.

Hours

Monday - Friday

0900 - 1700

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £28,574 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you\'ll be doing

As an Administrat or your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.
