A leading surveying firm in the UK is seeking an Administrative Support for their Risk & Governance team. This office-based role involves providing administrative support and maintaining compliance within various functions such as Compliance and Data Security. Candidates will receive full training and must be proficient in Microsoft software packages while exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland. This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge.
We currently have a vacancy for Administrative Support in Risk & Governance team.
To provide administration support to the functions and colleagues in the Risk & Governance team (Compliance, Information & Data Security, H&S, Sustainability etc.) undertaking daily activities including spreadsheet and database maintenance, suspicious activity reporting, and supplier relationship maintenance. This is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to learn about the roles within the Risk & Governance team and the importance of keeping the business safe.
It is an office based position.
No specialist or technical skills are required as full training and development will be provided so you become proficient in the role. However, the following qualities are essential:
