Detailed description

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support to all services within Walk the Walk Family Support Service.

Job Duties:

The duties include:

  • Pre-populate forms/bids with generic information
  • Maintain office stationary supplies
  • All filing as directed
  • Organize, store and print company documents as directed
  • Update charity documents as directed
  • Scan and file documents
  • Support organisation of funding events
  • Support expansion of services with research tasks and administration support
  • Support the Business Support Manager and Operations Lead with day-to-day tasks
  • Other tasks as directed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator (paid or voluntary) essential
  • Experience with office management tools (such as MS Office software)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
