An arts organization in Scotland seeks a part-time Administration Assistant for its Advancement team in Glasgow. This role involves providing administrative support, managing confidential correspondence, processing payments, and planning events. Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, experience with database management, and a passion for the arts. The position offers a salary of £25,000 per annum pro rata with flexible working hours and various benefits including life assurance and annual leave.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join Scottish Ballet’s Advancement team.
Responsible for high-level administrative support, your conscientious approach will improve the efficiency of the department. With a flair for attention to detail and a friendly, outgoing personality you will play a key role in supporting the work of the philanthropy and partnerships teams, by expertly administrating regular activity such as confidential correspondence, donations, invoice processing and contracts.
This role requires ability to build excellent relationships within this dynamic team, with Patrons, Friends and Partners and across the whole organisation where everything we do aligns with Scottish Ballet’s values of excellence, innovation and inclusion.

This role is based in the Advancement team and reports to the Director of Partnerships.
