A local authority organization in North East England is seeking a full-time Administration Assistant for a temporary period of 18 months. The successful candidate will provide key administrative support to the Community Protection team, including managing customer enquiries and processing orders. Candidates must have at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent and should possess strong communication and IT skills. A vacancy has arisen within Business Services for a full-time Administration Assistant. This is initially temporary for 18 months.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting the Community Protection team, based at Annand House, Meadowfield.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer‑service. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, be well‑organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised using your initiative.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on 21st January at Meadowfield Depot.
