A national care provider in Pontefract is looking for an Activities Coordinator to lead and organise meaningful activities for residents. This role requires a caring and enthusiastic individual committed to empowering others and creating a fun environment. You'll be responsible for individual activity plans, community engagement, and celebrating achievements. A supportive team and ongoing training are provided, ensuring you can make a real difference every day.

Rate:£13.21per hour
