You will be supporting in-build and future programmes.We are currently looking for talented analysts to join the Signature Group within Technology in Rolls-Royce Submarines. The Signature Group is primarily responsible for assessing the signature performance of the plant and providing recommendations for improving performance. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.**What you will be doing:**You will be conducting acoustic analysis/CAE (eg FEA/FEM, SEA, multi-physics solvers) and providing advice and guidance to the boat programmes:* Strategic thinking to build on the business vision for the future of the signature capability.* Liaising with customers, and various stakeholders in the signature community.* Undertaking work relating to analysis/CAE, analysis methods development including V&V and uncertainty qualification.* Supporting product V&V through relevant testing or commissioning programmes.* Provide technical guidance in the design process.* Drive continuous improvement through the business to develop capability and improvements to design.**Who we are looking for**:At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, make a difference, and seek simplicity in everything we do while also securing information.
