Accounts Payable Controller (Part-time Temp)

Fixed Term Duration: 1 month

Overview

Extend Accounts Payable Controller temp contract by 1 month to end of Jan 2025.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Managing the accounts payable inbox.

Uploading invoices to accounts payable software.

Sending to correct employee for approval.

Accurately inputting nominal code information and whether VAT is applied.

  • Dealing with suppliers - sending out remittances.
  • Managing the ledger tidiness, making sure all payments are allocated etc.

Assisting with weekly payment runs.

Skills and Experience

Strong Excel skills. Large parts of the role will require Excel. Someone needs to have the desire to learn and improve significantly. Prior finance team experience.
