About the Role Citytalk Group Ltd is looking for an Accounts Executive (Billing) to join our finance team. In this position, you will own the key billing processes and be responsible for all billing activities across the business. You’ll generate management reports on monthly billing services, run the monthly bill cycle, handle exceptions, and investigate any billing discrepancies. You will also have scope to identify and implement improvements to our billing procedures, helping drive greater efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full monthly billing cycle.
  • Generate and deliver management reports on billing performance.
  • Investigate and resolve billing exceptions and discrepancies.
  • Propose, design, and implement process improvements to streamline billing operations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.
