Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain contract files, ensuring all relevant information is included.
  • Generate contract correspondence and create service directors.
  • Perform invoicing on Sage, ensuring accurate recordings.
  • Update contract registers with completed works weekly.
  • Liaise between departments to meet engineers and client needs.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries from customers.
  • Provide general administrative support to managers.
