Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of an all-round premium service and high-quality end products to clients.
• Oversee and review the timely and accurate preparation of client deliverables.
• Consider the profitability of the job and work effectively within agreed budgets.
• Provide management oversight of a portfolio of clients, including client care, project management, and WIP/billing management.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact.
• Communicate problems or contentious issues to the senior management team or responsible partner, and propose solutions.
• Take the lead role on assignments as required.
• Train and develop junior team members, offering constructive feedback; line management of junior staff is anticipated.
• Liaise with other departments within RSM to meet deadlines and resolve significant issues in a timely manner.

• CGI qualified with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience ideally gained within a professional services environment.
• A comprehensive understanding of the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 (the Act) and related legislation.
• A strong understanding of articles of association, including the Model Articles and previous Table A provisions, with the ability to draft and review complex transaction documents in line with their provisions and the Act.
