Role Purpose

You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of several high‑profile accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of best‑in‑class strategy and performance across both organic and paid media channels.

You’ll work closely with our internal specialists to drive growth, track and report on KPIs, and identify opportunities to evolve and expand your clients’ creative performance activity.

This role is perfect for someone who has already spent a couple of years in a digital marketing agency environment and is now looking to step up into a more autonomous, client‑facing role with premium and luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the linchpin between clients and internal teams, balancing delivery, strategy, and performance.
  • Lead day‑to‑day management of client accounts across organic and paid digital channels.
  • Develop and manage project delivery schedules, mapping work against scoped hours, assigning deadlines, and ensuring internal teams remain accountable.
  • Create organic social strategies that align with client KPIs, platform best practices, and wider brand goals.
  • Collaborate with Digital Executives, Content Strategists, and Creatives to deliver against these strategies.
  • Communicate paid media performance metrics confidently, ensuring KPIs are understood and met by internal media and creative teams.
  • Act as the client’s main point of contact, building trust, aligning expectations, and delivering regular updates and performance reviews.
  • Lead internal briefing and feedback loops to ensure all outputs are delivered on‑brand, on‑time, and to the highest standard.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for account growth, cross‑channel integration, or upsell of services.
  • Uphold brand integrity by ensuring all client work reflects their guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
What we are looking for
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and scopes in a fast‑paced agency environment.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to deliver feedback clearly and constructively.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and platform‑specific KPIs (e.g. Meta ROAS, CPC, CPA).
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Familiarity with key platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Sprout/Social scheduling tools (a plus).
  • A natural collaborator who thrives when working cross‑functionally with media, strategy, and creative teams.
  • Commercially astute, with a proactive mindset and a passion for building long‑term client partnerships.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency (Required)
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across organic social, paid social (Meta, TikTok), and paid search (Google Ads). (Desired)
  • Awareness or an interest within premium and luxury industries. (Required)
