You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on retention, expansion, and consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets. This is a highly commercial role where you’ll build strong, multi-level relationships, gain a deep understanding of your customers businesses, and influence key decision-makers.You’ll lead all commercial and contractual discussions, create and deliver winning account plans, and identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a competitive market.
