Location: Pury Hill Business Park, Alderton Road, Towcester. NN12 7LS

Status: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8am – 6pm Mon to Fri

Salary: Very Competitive base + uncapped commission

The Role:

Are you a relationship-driven Account Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of Managed IT Services? We are looking for proactive, commercially minded Account Managers to join our team. You will own client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help UK businesses navigate cloud, connectivity, mobile, telephony, cyber security, and digital transformation with confidence.

Main Duties:

  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Managing a portfolio of SMB/SME clients across IT infrastructure, cloud, connectivity, and security
  • Driving client retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Acting as a trusted advisor—bridging commercial and technical conversations
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes
  • Creating account plans and forecasting revenue growth
