GottaBe! is an award-winning Brand Experience and Sampling agency with a head office in Southampton and an office in London. We are a brand experience and sampling agency, helping brands to build unforgettable experiences for over 17 years.

Our sister agency GottaBe! Ethnic is a specialist multi‑cultural marketing agency, helping brands connect with the 14.6 million people in the UK who come from an ethnic minority background.

Our client portfolio includes Western Union, Norton, DKMS, Dementia UK, National Trust, the NHS, and many more.

A lot has changed in the last 12 months at GottaBe! we have ambitious growth targets. We’ve just moved into a brand‑new home at Adanac Trade Park in Southampton, launched a new website and we are currently working on new exciting client projects.

We’re on the hunt for…

An Account Manager who lives and breathes our services and knows how to turn ambitious client goals into effective campaigns. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, loves building relationships, and can confidently own projects from brief to delivery. If you get a buzz from helping brands connect with consumers in meaningful, creative ways, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Managing day‑to‑day client relationships, acting as the trusted go‑to for briefs, updates and problem‑solving.
  • Leading projects from concept through to execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and beyond expectations.
  • Collaborating closely with our creative, production, media, and operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Developing proposals, timelines and costings that clearly articulate our approach and value.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts, strengthen partnerships and contribute to wider agency success.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and presenting insights that help shape future work.
What we’re looking for…
  • Someone with previous experience in an agency environment—ideally across brand activations, sampling, events or integrated campaigns.
  • A relationship builder who communicates clearly, confidently and with warmth.
  • A natural organiser with strong project management skills and serious attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who can keep calm under pressure and adapt quickly when needed.
  • Someone commercially minded, comfortable managing budgets and spotting growth opportunities.
  • A team player who brings positive energy, fresh thinking and a passion for delivering brilliant work.
