  • Keep accurate records of all communications.
  • Work with owners to improve property performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams across Property Services, Quality & Revenue Management.
  • Handle feedback to help improve guest satisfaction.

🌞Join the Team Making Holidays Shine in North Wales!🌞
  • Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum.
  • Work Hours: Full-time, 9am until 5:30pm (37.5 hours).
  • Days of Work: 5 days per week, working every other Saturday.
  • Location: Office-based at our welcoming Pwllheli, Gwynedd office
About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Account Manager to join our busy team. You’ll be the first point of contact for property owners, helping them get the most from their holiday homes while ensuring holidaymakers have a seamless, memorable experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the primary contact for owners, offering guidance and support
