A global sustainability consultancy is seeking an experienced Account Lead to drive growth in Data Centre client accounts. This role involves building client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and developing strategic growth plans. The successful candidate will leverage their strong background in engineering or business to deliver impactful consultancy services across various locations, contributing to sustainable solutions globally.

Role description
We are looking for a talented, Data Centre (DC) industry experienced, growth professional to join our market leading Technology Sector team as an Account Lead. This role has been created to help accelerate growth by increasing team capability, capacity and established market connections. You will take ownership for growing a portfolio of existing and new DC client accounts, supporting hyperscale, developer-operator and colocation clients.

Bringing the best of Arcadis to our clients, connecting and coordinating services across all aspects of our business to create client-specific and highly impactful value propositions that help clients overcome their most pressing challenges.
Role accountabilities
Travel — To perform the role effectively, there is required travel to different client offices and site locations in the UK, Europe and potentially wider. Potential key locations include UK, Nordics, Dublin, Benelux, and may also cover Germany, Italy, Spain and France, although locations may change over time to mirror the main focus of activity on each account. The right candidate should expect to spend time regularly at client Headquarters, with travel to visit onsite project teams on a rotating basis.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate is likely to be in a DC / Technology Sector growth role today, who is looking for their next stretching challenge as a senior strategic leader within a modern, inclusive and agile global consultancy.
