A leading marketing agency in London is seeking an Account Director to lead strategic partnerships with their clients. You will manage a high-performing team and provide market insights to drive client growth. We’re looking for commercially minded, relationship‑driven Account Directors to lead strategic partnerships with our agency clients. You’ll manage a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, fostering a people‑first, results‑driven culture while delivering excellence.
In this role, you’ll provide market insights, implement business strategies, and craft compelling outbound communications to drive client growth. You’ll also oversee operational excellence, ensuring outreach campaigns, client reporting, and administrative systems run smoothly.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a passion for agency growth and hitting targets in a fast‑paced environment.
