About the role:

As an Account Director at Cherry, you’ll be the driving force within your client teams, building trust, spotting opportunities, and shaping strategies that go beyond the expected. You’ll lead the day-to-day direction of your accounts, ensure every piece of work reflects your clients’ ambitions, and inspire those around you to think bigger, braver, and bolder.

Role responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture client relationships, becoming fluent in their brand, culture, and goals
  • Shape long-term strategic direction and challenge the status quo with fresh perspectives
  • Anticipate client needs and bring proactive, OutsideIn Thinking solutions to the table
  • Keep a firm grip on revenue, forecasting, and profitability, balancing creativity with commerciality
  • Spot opportunities to grow client business and deliver added value
  • Foster a collaborative, adventurous environment that empowers your team to thrive
  • Stay tuned into industry trends, digital innovation, and the evolving healthcare landscape
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes of practice and legislation
  • Support new business initiatives, pitches, and RFPs with energy and vision
What you’ll bring
