The Role

Location: London, hybrid, at least one day per week expected in office

Type: Consulting Basis

Salary: Dependent on experience

Reports to: Marketing Director

Experience Required: Sector: Accessibility, Inclusive Tech, e‑commerce SaaS

Key Responsibilities

• Product Collaboration: Work with the IT team to design our accessibility product and included features. Ensure testing processes follow the latest accessibility rules and keep the team updated on regulatory changes.
• Accessibility Strategy: Review how our product meets accessibility guidelines, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. Recommend ways to go beyond the minimum standards and shape new features with accessibility in mind.
• Content & Education: Create easy‑to‑understand materials that explain accessibility guidelines to clients. Develop training guides, product manuals, and thought‑leadership content to position EnableAll as a trusted authority.
• Client Support: Carry out accessibility reviews for customers, give practical recommendations, and advise them on how EnableAll can support their compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Detailed understanding of WCAG guidelines.
• Experience in accessibility consulting, audits, or product‑related roles.
• Strong ability to translate technical standards into practical, business‑friendly guidance.
• Hands‑on experience with accessibility testing tools and methodologies.
• Interest in accessibility, digital inclusion, or DEI‑focused sectors.

Preferred (not Required)

• Experience working within SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• Involvement in accessibility policy‑setting.
• Product development or UX background.
