A prominent football club is looking for a Part Time Academy Coach to develop the team and players within its academy pathways. Responsibilities include coaching sessions, planning individual learning plans, and ensuring consistent communication with the coaching staff. Candidates should hold a UEFA B Licence, have experience with youth players, and possess strong communication skills. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Middlesbrough Football Club’s Category 1 Academy as a Part Time Academy Coach , based at the Club’s training ground in Hurworth, near Darlington.
THE ROLE:
The successful individual will play a crucial role in developing individuals and the team within the Academy pathway. Working with the Lead Phase Coach and Head of Coaching, you will be expected to plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions in line with the Club’s coaching program. You will be responsible for:
