The 3PL Contract Manager holds end-to-end accountability for the governance, commercial performance, and strategic development of TGJones’ outsourced logistics and transport partnerships, covering both domestic store replenishment and international imports.
This is a stand-alone role responsible for managing our primary logistics service provider (GXO) and associated freight forwarding partners, ensuring contracted services deliver against cost, service, compliance, and continuous improvement commitments.
The role is not operationally hands-on; instead it focuses on contract ownership, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and value optimisation across third-party logistics arrangements.
