Immediate need - Starting December 15th.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Change Management Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting and executing change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives, and minimizing resistance across the organization. The successful candidate will assess change impacts, develop communication and training plans, and foster collaboration among stakeholders to drive effective transitions.

This position requires a balance of strategic understanding and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on enabling smooth transitions, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and embedding change management into everyday processes.

  • Communication Planning and Execution: Implement comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Training Development and Delivery: Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to promote change initiatives and foster a culture of adaptability.
  • Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate negative impacts and encourage adoption.
  • Change Measurement and Reporting: Establish and ensure the gathering of metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Policy and Procedure Integration: Support the integration of new policies, standards, and procedures into existing frameworks to align with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitation of Workshops and Meetings: Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, build consensus, and drive decision-making related to change initiatives.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees after the implementation of new changes, ensuring sustained adoption.

  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience in change management related to IT, regardless of the industry.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Prosci Change Management Certification or other accredited change management programs.
