This company has been operating for over 35 years and continues to experience significant growth; they are looking for a Junior Account Manager to continue to grow alongside them. The company is known for its strong, supportive culture and long-standing customer relationships, with senior team members having been with the organisation for over a decade and internal promotions encouraged. The company specialises in delivering software-led solutions that help clients streamline operations, improve efficiency, and manage their day-to-day business processes, all within a supportive and forward-thinking environment

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, account management, customer service, SaaS, or another customer-facing role.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, this is the key requirement.
  • Full driving licence (required for customer visits).
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to communicate and sell effectively.
  • CRM experience essential; ERP or ticketing system experience highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage customer requests efficiently.
  • Confident handling challenging conversations and identifying potential issues early.
  • Background in customer support or technical support is a strong advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships within an existing portfolio of Irish customers.
  • Promote products and services proactively and gain an understanding of customer needs.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits and represent the company professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries through the internal ticketing system.
  • Maintain accurate records through CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Collaborate with the wider team and contribute to meetings and internal discussions.
  • Work towards quarterly targets relating to revenue, services, and customer expenditure.
  • Identify opportunities, raise concerns when necessary, and ensure excellent customer experience.
