A leading hospitality group in London is seeking an Italian-speaking Reservations Specialist to manage phone calls and email inquiries for hotel reservations. This permanent role requires excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include assisting guests with inquiries and processing bookings across all hotels in the collection. Shift-based operational hours from 07:00 to 22:00 are expected. Our reservations specialists are the gems of our global contact centre located in our corporate office! Their main responsibilities are to manage guests’ phone calls and email enquiries for all hotels within the Collection. Listening to our guests’ needs and being able to address them with the most suitable options and solutions is important to create lifelong memories.
